DIRECTIONS
Spray 1-2 sprays to bottom of feet 1x daily, preferably in the morning. Rub feet together until well absorbed. May also apply to the abdomen or painful areas. Dilute in a carrier oil or use 1/2 pump for small children. Not recommended for daily use on children under age 4. May be diluted 50% and used on children ages 2-4 intermittently.
DO NOT use this product if you are experiencing diarrhea or bloody stool (See Rescue Me blend). Use in conjunction with an anti-inflammatory diet and self-care practices for best results. For topical, external use only. Patch skin test for sensitivity. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. Consult your physician before use especially if taking medications.
