Directions:

Take 1/4 teaspoon or up to 1 t. daily as a shot in water, hot water as a tea or in a smoothie. Incorporate this blend after doing initial gut healing with our starter pack essential oils to avoid food sensitivities or reactions.

The 4 oz pouch has approximately 100 1/2 t. servings per package and the 1 lb size has approximately 400 1/2 t. serving per package.
