Yoga 101 class is not your typical yoga class. Yoga 101 class is once a month class is designed to give you the tools to implement yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques into your DAILY routine.
For ages 12+ and all body types, genders, and ailments. Really! The practice of yoga is about having fun as we find stability through building flexibility and strength with our mind, body, and spirit (having grace with ourselves as our bodies need a little something different every day). Not sure if yoga is for you? Come and join us and check out this series. When you find that yoga has not impacted your way of living in any way, you can say that you gave it a go and high-five me out the door : )

Come and play with us as we hunker down to have fun while challenging ourselves to live life well. We will be using music from all genres and eras, props, postures and breathing techniques to help empower our practice together. No experience required!
